This Digital Product Fulfillment Policy explains how Hexexist delivers digital products after purchase, how access is made available, what customers should expect regarding downloads and updates, and how fulfillment issues are reviewed and handled.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to all digital products made available through Hexexist, including downloadable website assets, themes, plugins, templates, scripts, graphics, and other digital design or development files supplied through the storefront. It governs digital delivery only and does not apply to physical shipment because Hexexist does not sell physical goods under this model.

2. Nature of fulfillment

Hexexist supplies digital products electronically. Fulfillment is ordinarily completed by making the purchased product available for download through one or more of the following methods:
• an on-screen order confirmation with access details;
• a customer account area or dashboard;
• a direct download link;
• a post-purchase service email or access notice.

No paper delivery, postal shipment, or courier shipment is involved in standard fulfillment.

3. When fulfillment occurs

Fulfillment ordinarily begins after successful payment authorisation or confirmation. In most cases, eligible digital products are made available promptly after payment is accepted. However, fulfillment may be delayed or temporarily withheld where reasonably necessary for:
• payment verification;
• anti-fraud or anti-abuse review;
• technical maintenance;
• product file replacement or integrity checks;
• account security review;
• suspected misuse of the website or checkout system.

4. Customer account and access requirements

Some products may be accessed through a registered customer account. Where account-based access applies, the customer is responsible for maintaining accurate account details, safeguarding login credentials, and using the account in accordance with the website Terms & Conditions. Hexexist may require account login to access downloads, order history, update eligibility, re-download functionality, or support-related communications.

5. Delivery channels

Depending on the product and website configuration, delivery may occur through:
• immediate browser download;
• secure account-based download access;
• order history download panel;
• time-limited link access;
• update-eligible file access associated with the product record.

The specific delivery channel used may vary according to product type, technical configuration, anti-abuse settings, or maintenance requirements.

6. Product files and versions

Digital products are fulfilled in the file format, package structure, and version configuration made available on Hexexist at the time of delivery. Product files may include compressed archives, source files, editable files, documentation, or installation guidance where applicable. Hexexist may update product packages over time, and the version available on the website may differ from earlier versions previously delivered.

7. Updates and update eligibility

Where Hexexist states that a product includes an update period, such as a 12-month update window, update access applies only for the period expressly stated on the relevant product page or checkout information. Update eligibility does not create a subscription unless expressly stated otherwise. After the stated update window expires, continued access to newer versions may require a new purchase or renewed access offer if such option is made available by Hexexist.

8. License position and support expectations

Fulfillment of a digital product does not mean transfer of exclusive intellectual property ownership. Customers receive the benefit of the product under the applicable commercial and licensing framework stated on the website. Unless expressly stated for a particular product, fulfillment does not automatically include custom development, implementation work, installation, or original developer premium support. Any support scope should be read together with the website terms, product description, FAQ, or separate support policy where applicable.

9. Order confirmation and proof of fulfillment

Hexexist may keep fulfillment evidence reasonably necessary to demonstrate that digital delivery has occurred. Such records may include:
• order confirmation records;
• timestamps of payment confirmation;
• account creation or login records;
• download logs;
• file-access records;
• delivery email dispatch records;
• IP, browser, or session metadata relevant to delivery verification.

These records may be used for customer service, fraud review, refund handling, dispute response, chargeback defence, and platform integrity purposes.

10. Failed or interrupted download

If a customer experiences a failed, corrupted, interrupted, or inaccessible download, the customer should contact Hexexist at info@hexexist.com with sufficient detail to identify the order and the issue. Hexexist will review reasonable fulfillment issues and may, where appropriate:
• restore access;
• issue a replacement download link;
• confirm account access steps;
• investigate technical errors;
• direct the customer to the correct download location or file version.

11. Circumstances where fulfillment may be suspended or limited

Hexexist may suspend, limit, or revoke download access where reasonably necessary in cases such as:
• chargeback initiation or payment reversal;
• credible fraud indicators;
• account compromise or suspicious access patterns;
• breach of the website Terms & Conditions;
• automated scraping, bulk extraction, link sharing, or other abusive behaviour;
• misuse of download entitlements;
• compliance with law, court order, or lawful request by competent authority.

12. Re-downloads

Where technically supported by the website, customers may be able to re-download previously purchased products through their account or order area. Re-download availability is not guaranteed indefinitely unless expressly stated. Hexexist may impose reasonable limitations relating to:
• time period;
• account status;
• product retirement;
• security review;
• anti-abuse controls;
• infrastructure changes or migration.

13. Product retirement, replacement, or correction

Hexexist may from time to time retire, replace, correct, or remove a product or specific file package where reasonably required because of licensing issues, technical defects, corruption, legal concerns, security concerns, supplier changes, or business decisions. Where a purchased product is materially affected and continued access is reasonably possible, Hexexist may decide, at its discretion and depending on the circumstances, to provide an alternative file, corrective version, or another reasonable solution consistent with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

14. No guarantee of customer environment compatibility

Fulfillment means delivery of the digital product files, not a guarantee that the customer’s hosting environment, software stack, plugins, themes, browser, device, server configuration, or third-party tools will always be compatible. Customers are responsible for reviewing stated system requirements, product descriptions, and compatibility guidance before purchase. Reasonable fulfillment of a file does not by itself guarantee suitability for every use case or technical environment.

15. Refund interaction

This Policy should be read together with the Hexexist Refund Policy. The fact that a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded may be relevant to refund eligibility and abuse assessment. However, fulfillment logs do not automatically exclude review of legitimate technical issues or delivery failures. Refund decisions remain subject to the applicable refund rules, evidence submitted, and the specific facts of the case.

16. Currencies and checkout

Products may be offered or displayed in multiple storefront currencies, including USD, EUR, AUD, GBP, and CAD. Currency selection affects pricing display and payment presentation but does not alter the digital nature of fulfillment. Access to the purchased digital product is based on successful order completion, not on the selected display currency itself.

17. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
• providing a valid email address and, where applicable, maintaining an accessible customer account;
• reviewing the product description and licensing position before purchase;
• ensuring their technical environment is suitable for the product;
• downloading and storing delivered files responsibly;
• refraining from abusive use of download links or account access;
• contacting Hexexist promptly if a fulfillment issue arises.

18. Changes to this Policy

Hexexist may update this Digital Product Fulfillment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in platform configuration, product delivery methods, website functionality, anti-abuse controls, legal requirements, or operational processes. The version published on the website will be the current version unless a later effective date is expressly stated.
